			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It does not record direct to DVD , the word recorder should allow me to record, can&#8221;t transfer recorded items from a dvd to the hard disk?! called philips to find that you CANNOT record direct to dvd!! or transfer to hard disk from dvd!! if my hdd is full of progs i don&#8217;t want to delete, what then, there is a prog on and I can&#8221;t record it!! i could transfer some progs to dvd rw disks then recopy them back to the hdd, but hang on I can&#8217;t, because the unit won&#8217;t allow it! pointless. </p>

The figures, revealed to Commerce Times, represent an increase in original equipment manufacturer (OEM) involvement from last years 60 per cent. With Philips expecting to ship 14 million LCD TVs in 2007, this means that about ten million will be outsourced to OEMs.</p>
